RA: according to ACR/EULAR-criteria 2010, DAS28 > 3.2, stabile tgherapie für 3 months, prednisolon < 7.5 mg/d, stabile dose for 1 month
- Obesity: BMI = 30 kg/m² or WHR > 0,85 (w) or > 1 (m) respectively
Intake of calcium-, Vitamine D-, parathormone or diuretic preparations; endocrinologic disorders, therapy with biologicals, aktive bacterial or viral infection within 2 weeks, leucocytes <3.000/mm³, hypoalbuminemia, GFR < 30 ml/min, i.a. injections within 3 months, malignant disease
