Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients who have been diagnosed sudden sensorineural hearing loss by losing pure tone average within 40-70 decibels for at least 3 consecutive frequencies
2.Onset starts within 7 days prior to hospital
4.Must be idiopathic cause
5.Never been treated this condition before
6.Unilateral side
7.can speak Thai

Exclusion Criteria

1. active conditions of external/middle ear disease
2.History of surgery/trauma at head and neck area prior onset of symptom 1 month
3.congenital hearing loss
4.Poor controlled of underlying disease eg. poor controlled DMT2,ESRD
5.History of Meniere disease
6.History of radiotherapy/chemotherapy/ototoxic drugs usage prior onset of symptom 2 weeks
7.underlying retrocochlear pathology
8.active pulmonary tuberculosis/parasitic infestation
9.severe osteoporosis, congestive heart failure, Cushing's syndrome, psychiatric disorders, glaucoma
