入选标准
- •? Patients scheduled for regular laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia
- •? 20-70 years old
- •? ASA class 1-2
- •? BMI 18.5 ~ 35
- •? If you agree to use patient-controlled analgesics(PCA) after surgery
排除标准
- •? Allergy or known serious side effects to the analgesics included in the study
- •? If you are currently taking regular pain relievers
- •? If you have a history of using opioid analgesics for more than 3 months
- •? If you are currently pregnant
- •? In case of conversion to open surgery
- •? The following comorbidities: gastrointestinal ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, renal dysfunction (eGFR <60), liver dysfunction (hepatitis or cirrhosis), infection
