SINGLETON PREGNANCY

Exclusion Criteria

1.MULTIPLE PREGNANCIES

2.FETAL DISTRESS

3.PARTURIENTS HAVING CONTRAINDICATIONS TO SUBARACHNOID BLOCK LIKE LOCAL INFECTION, COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES OR ON ANTICOAGULANT MEDICATION

4.PARTURIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE DISORDERS OF PREGNANCY AND OTHER HIGH RISK PREGNANCIES, MEDICAL COMORBIDITIES, HEMOGLOBIN <8MG/DL

5.HEMODYNAMIC INSTABILITY

6.PARTURIENTS ON DRUGS WHICH CAUSE INTERACTIONS WITH THE STUDY DRUGS LIKE TRICYCLIC ANTIDEPRESSANTS, MONOAMINE OXIDASE INHIBITOR ETC

7.PARTURIENTS WITH HEIGHT/LENGTH <150CM OR >180CM

1.Time of first hypotensive episode <br/ ><br>2.Number and timing of episodes of hypotension and reactive hypertension <br/ ><br>3.To compare the number and timing of Bradycardia , Bradycardia requiring treatment and tachycardia. <br/ ><br>4.
