入选标准
- •> 18 years and < 65 years
- •BMI > 19kg/m2 and < 35kg/m2
- •acute pilonidalsinus
- •adequate cognitive and linguistic skills
排除标准
- •< 18 years or > 65 years;
- •BMI < 19kg/m2 or > 35kg/m2;
- •relapse of the disease after total excision (not including relapse after drainage of an abszess related to pilonidalsinus);
- •ASA above ASA physical Status scale Rating P1;
- •Diabetes mellitus Type I and II;
- •Immunsuppression;
- •local or systemic steroidtherapy;
- •Malignom, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, brachytherapie;
- •involved in another trial;
- •IV-drug consum;
- •chronic skin disease (Neurodermitis, Psoriasis);
- •Incontinence;
