> 18 years and < 65 years
BMI > 19kg/m2 and < 35kg/m2
acute pilonidalsinus
adequate cognitive and linguistic skills
< 18 years or > 65 years;
BMI < 19kg/m2 or > 35kg/m2;
relapse of the disease after total excision (not including relapse after drainage of an abszess related to pilonidalsinus);
ASA above ASA physical Status scale Rating P1;
Diabetes mellitus Type I and II;
Immunsuppression;
local or systemic steroidtherapy;
Malignom, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, brachytherapie;
involved in another trial;
IV-drug consum;
chronic skin disease (Neurodermitis, Psoriasis);
Incontinence;
