Study group:
Patients of age >18 years attending Urology Department with unilateral ureteric calculus of
size less than 1 cm undergoing Uncomplicated URSL with out stenting.
Control Group:
Patients of age >18 years attending Urology Department with unilateral ureteric calculus of
size less than 1 cm undergoing Uncomplicated URSL with stenting.
Pre-Operative Exclusion:
Abnormal contralateral kidney.
Deranged renal function.
Evidence of ureteric stricture or other anatomical impediments to stone fragment clearance.
Children and Pregnant women.
Active Urinary Tract Infection.(UTI)
Systemic signs of infection.(sepsis)
Solitary kidney.
Bilateral procedures.
Intra-operative Exclusion:
Post ureteroscopic lesion scale (PULS) >2.
Incomplete stone removal.
Failed ureteroscopic access to the stone.
Stone migration to the kidney.
Duration of procedure >60min.

Name Time Method ower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) assessed using International Prostatic Symptom Score <br/ ><br>(IPSS) & Quality of life (QOL) Questionnaire. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Dysuria & flank pain measured using visual pain analogue scale.(VAS) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Analgesic requirement of more than 3 days.Timepoint: at 4 weeks after procedure
