1. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) higher than130 mg/dl
2. Triglycerides (TG) more than 250 mg/dl will be included in the study.
Patient with
3. Hypertension
4. Diabetes mellitus
5. Obesity and
6. Coronary artery disease will be included in the study.
Patients with
1. Renal and hepatic failure
2. Pregnancy
3. Hypothyroidism
4. Malignancy
5. Myopathy
6. Patients who had undergone bypass surgery, and 7. Patients who are taking cardiac drugs like warfarin, verapamil and amiodarone will be excluded from the study.
