  • •Diagnosis of osteoarthritis or avascular necrosis

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Contraindications for tranexamic acid
  • •Bleeding disorder
  • •Use of Warfarin or Clexane or clopidogrel
  • •History of thromboembolic disorder
