Malignant lung lesions (of any primary)
18 years and older
Expected life expectancy of < 8 year
Tumor larger than 3 cm diameter
written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant or lactating
Known diabetes mellitus type I and II
Chemotherapy during past 4 weeks
