Inclusion Criteria
1) Age >18years
2) Patients with features of acute cholinergic crisis following H/O exposure to an organophosphorus compound
3) H/O Exposure to op compound within the previous 24 hrs
4)Patients consenting for the study
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients not consenting for the study are excluded
2) Age <18 years
3) Patients with H/0 Neuromuscular junction disorders
5) Patients with chronic lung disorders
6) Patients treated outside for poisoning with atropine
7) Patients presenting 24 hrs after the consumption of poison
