- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. reduction in the frequency, duration and severity of migraine pain and reduction of the migraine disability in patients receiving active stimulation in comparison to sham group.

2.There was reduced sensory gating of auditory responses in migraine patients in comparison to healthy controls.

3.Interictally in migraine patients the process of sensory gating differed at different brain regions with respect to time

Timepoint: After 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks of rtms treatment

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method iTBS had no effect in altering the P50 sensory gating in migraine patientsTimepoint: baseline and after 10 session of rtms
