1. Patients who are having complaints of loss of ability to comfortably view near objects.
2. Between the age group of 40 to 55 years will be included in the study.
1 Patient not willing for trial
2 Patients suffering from infectious conditions of the eye like conjunctivitis scleritis uveitis glaucoma stye sjogrens syndrome etc
3 Patient who need surgical and other interventions
4 Patients with diabetes pregnancy or on drugs such as aspirin and sulfonamides which are known to affect ciliary spasm
