Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.20\-49 years
- •2\. Not consuming weight reducing medicine and any nutritional supplements like multivitamins and multi\-minerals.
- •3\. Not suffering from chronic disease, capable of active communication will be selected for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The respondents will be having an infectious disease, functional abnormalities of the kidney and liver.
- •Any chronic illness, hormonal abnormalities will be excluded from the study.
- •Pregnant women
