Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA class 1 \& 2
- •Infraumblical surgeries \>1 hr \& \<4 hrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Surgeries \<.1hr \& \>4 hrs.
- •Patient on sedatives,opioids or antidepressants.
- •Pregnant Women.
- •Patient with baseline heart rate \<50 beats /min \&/SBP \<90mmHg.
