Inclusion Criteria: Patients undergoing Thoracotomy with DLT ASA Grade 1-3 Age > 18years of age and < 70 years BMI < 30
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant Patients Patients with expected difficult laryngoscopy -neck extension < 35 -mandibular hyoid distance less than 6 cm -sternomental distance less than 12.5 Height <150

Name Time Method To compare Intubation Time for the double lumen tube with either scopesTimepoint: Intubation time is defined as the time from which scope is inserted into the mouth till 6 capnographic cycles are seen. This will be measured by an independent observer ( an instrument technician
