Inclusion Criteria
Who will be willing to participate in research study. Children who will be able to read and write.. Orphan children who will have mild and moderate depression, anxiety and stress.
Exclusion Criteria
Orphan children below age 13 and above 18 years.
Children who will be ill during the time of data collection.
Orphans with any physical disability, and diagnosed with psychological disorders will be excluded.

Name Time Method Guided Imagery will be effective to reduce the level of Depression, Anxiety and Stress. Level of depression, anxiety and stress will be assessed by using a standardised scale named DASS-21.Timepoint: One Month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondarily, Guided Imagery will be helpful to promote healing and or manage pain.Timepoint: One Month
