Inclusion Criteria
Persons registered as monitors with the survey company
Persons who are 20 years of age or older
Those who mainly take their own child to medical facility when he/she was sick.
Those who have taken their own child to a medical facility at least once within the past year.
Those whose child is 14 years old or younger when taken to a medical facility.
Exclusion Criteria
The individual and any family member with a health care provider
