Inclusion Criteria
limited unilateral injury
Being in serious to severer traumatic condition
informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Penetrative trauma ,
patients with opium addiction,
COPD, asthma
Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), less than 13
receiving corticosteroids in the last 2 weeks
history of chronic rheumatoid
major associated trauma,
pulmonary edema
blood transfusion
thromboembolic effects in long bone fracture
ARDS
pneumonia
intervention such as brain,abdominal and major orthopedic surgery :pelvic, femur fracture

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ICU stay in groups 1,2, vs control not significant, ICU stay in group 3(3.5 ±0.5) vs control(5.2 ± 1.67) was significant. Timepoint: Measurement of day time during ICU stay. Method of measurement: time.;Measured carbon dioxide pressure in groups 3, when compared to other groups, was significant. Timepoint: were determined at baseline, 24 hours and 48 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: ABG from arterial vessel.;Measured PH and Pao2. Timepoint: were determined at baseline, 24 hours and 48 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: ABG from arterial vessel.;Plasma cortisol and CRP levels between groups after the intervention that was not significant.
