Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who are in the I-III stage of the disease according to H&Y
2.Age between 35 and above
3.Educational qualification minimum 8th standard
4.Patients who are maintaining well and stable on medication for at least three months
5.Patients who are staying with the family
6.Patients who can follow English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients with Atypical Parkinsonism
•Patients who have associated comorbid Neurological (neuromuscular disorders) and psychiatric disorders
•Patients with IDD or any other form of developmental disorders
•Patients with auditory and visual impairments.
•Patients with severe comorbid medical conditions such as heart failure and other major organ failures, arthritis, etc
