Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Very low birth weight born in Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital
- •2\. Referred case before 48 hours of age
- •3\. VLBW who can achieved oral milk feeding more than 120 ml/kg/day within 2 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Infant with chromosomal abnormalities or major GI disorders requiring surgery
- •2\. Congenital multiple anomalies
- •3\. Necrotizing enterocolitis more than stage II
- •4\. Inborn errors of metabolism
- •5\. Bile metabolism disorders
