Inclusion Criteria
1. Very low birth weight born in Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital
2. Referred case before 48 hours of age
3. VLBW who can achieved oral milk feeding more than 120 ml/kg/day within 2 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1. Infant with chromosomal abnormalities or major GI disorders requiring surgery
2. Congenital multiple anomalies
3. Necrotizing enterocolitis more than stage II
4. Inborn errors of metabolism
5. Bile metabolism disorders
