Inclusion Criteria
Female volunteers; aged between 18 and 25 years old; students; and able to perform the proposed activities were included.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers with a history of forearm injury that compromised muscle integrity; or who had a history of fractures in the wrist and fingers, upper limb pain; hypertensive patients; heart disease; cognitive impairment; manual workers; and practitioners were excluded of physical activities.

Name Time Method Handgrip and lateral caliper muscle strength gain, verified by Jamar® dynamometer and lateral caliper by Pinch Gauge®, respectively, by comparing intra and intergroups to a significance level of 5%.
