•(1) Age 18–75 years, any gender;
•(2) Diagnosed with CCS by both Western and TCM criteria;
•(3) Mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression (5 = GAD-7/PHQ-9 total score < 14);
•(4) Stable condition, good adherence, able to follow up;
•(5) No psychoactive medication use within the past month;
•(6) Willing to participate and sign informed consent (self or via legal guardian).

•(1) Severe medical conditions: acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock, malignant arrhythmia, high-grade AV block, obstructive cardiomyopathy, epilepsy, acute cerebrovascular disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, progressive severe infection, malignancy, hematological disease, severe liver/kidney dysfunction, etc.;
•(2) GAD-7 > 14 or PHQ-9 = 14;
•(3) Severe anxiety with mania requiring oral psychoactive medication;
•(4) History of psychosis, severe cognitive impairment, inability to communicate or cooperate;
•(5) Needle phobia, intolerance to acupuncture, or refusal to receive Balance Acupuncture;
•(6) Local skin lesions at acupuncture sites (e.g., scarring, ulceration, redness, swelling, or infection);
•(7) Currently participating in another clinical trial or receiving other treatments for this disease outside the protocol;
•(8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
