Comparative Efficacy of Bioceramic and Calcium Hydroxide Intracanal Medicaments on Interappointment Pain Reduction in Primary Non-surgical Endodontic therapy of non-vital posterior teeth- A Randomized Controlled Trial

This clinical trial is to study the comparative efficacy of Bioceramic and Calcium Hydroxide intracanal medicaments on interappointment pain reduction in primary non-surgical endodontic therapy of posterior non-vital teeth. Sample size includes 140 participants and the study will be conducted in Government Dental College Thiruvananthapuram with a time period of 18 months. All the expenses will be self-financed by the Principal investigator. Informed consent from the participants will be obtained and confidentiality will be ensured and maintained throughout the study.
