Inclusion Criteria
1. Chronic ACL Injury
2. ACL Injury associated with Meniscal Injuries
3. ACL injuries associated with Chondral Defects upto Grade3
Exclusion Criteria
1. Acutely injured Knee
2. Age > 45 yrs
3. H/o previous Knee surgeries
4. Infection of the Knee
5. Degenerative joint disease of the Knee
6. Multiplanar Knee Instability
7. Stiff Knee with deformity
8. Associated Metabolic disorders
9. Associated inflammatory disorders
