Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients willing to voluntarily participate with minimum of 20 functional natural teeth and patients with moderate to severe form of periodontitis with at least two teeth with
  • •periodontal pocket depth more than or equal to 6mm and clinical attachment level more than or equal to 3mm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Subjects allergic to sulfonated compounds.
  • •2. Subjects with any systemic disorders
  • •3. Subjects who have used antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs for last 3months.
  • •4. Pregnant and lactating women
