Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients willing to voluntarily participate with minimum of 20 functional natural teeth and patients with moderate to severe form of periodontitis with at least two teeth with
- •periodontal pocket depth more than or equal to 6mm and clinical attachment level more than or equal to 3mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects allergic to sulfonated compounds.
- •2\. Subjects with any systemic disorders
- •3\. Subjects who have used antibiotics or anti\-inflammatory drugs for last 3months.
- •4\. Pregnant and lactating women
