Inclusion Criteria
All neonates admitted to NICU.
Informed consent from mother/family.
Exclusion Criteria
Surgical/chromosomal abnormalities.
Culture negative sepsis
Neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis prior to infection.
Neonates requiring gastrointestinal surgeries.
No informed consent given.
