1. Age > 18 years.
2. Patients with painful cutaneous lower limb ulcers with VAS score >5.
3. Ulcer <20cm2
4. Patients giving written informed consent to be included in the study groups.
1. Uncooperative patients.
2. Hemodynamically unstable patients, patients with liver and hepatic diseases.
3. Patients with unhealthy ulcers and extensive debridement needed.
4. Patients with allergy to any of the study drugs and intrasite formulation.
5. Patients already on oral or intravenous opiod medications.
