1.Patients with tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis or tinea faciei or any combination of these conditions will be included in the trial
2.Age more than 18 years
3.Both male and female
4.Plaque of more than or equal to 4 in one anatomical site or plaque in two different anatomical sites
5.Free of any antifungal treatment for the previous 28 days
6.Direct microscopy with KOH positive for fungal elements
7.Patients giving consent
8.Chronic or chronic relapsing tinea, duration of tinea more than or equal to 3 months, or tinea present for more than or equal to 3 months that improved within this period but relapsed within a month
1.Liver disorders
2.Renal disorders
3.Cardiovascular abnormalities
4.Allergic to azoles and allylamines
5.Pregnancy and lactation
6.Tinea manuum, tinea unguium
•Immunosuppressive patients and on Immunosuppressive drugs
•History of drug reaction or allergy to any of the three drugs
•Inability to attend follow-up every 2 weeks
•Abnormal results in complete blood count (CBC), liver function test (LFT), renal function test (RFT), abnormal blood sugar levels
