Inclusion Criteria

Primigravida women who will be

Visiting Obstetrics and Gynaecology OPD at the time of data collection.

With the gestational age from 26 weeks to 28 weeks at the time of enrolment

Willing to participate.

Able to understand in Hindi or Punjabi or English.

Exclusion Criteria

�Primigravida women with high risk pregnancy i.e

ïÆ?Ë?Eclampsia

ïÆ?Ë?Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

ïÆ?Ë?Placenta Previa

ïÆ?Ë?Abruptio placenta

�Pregnant women with known history of psychiatric illness.

ïÆ?Ë?Depression

ïÆ?Ë?Anxiety Disorder

ïÆ?Ë?Schizophrenia
