Overview
Brief Summary
液体复苏是脓毒症及脓毒症休克治疗的重要一环，但也有研究发现液体正平衡作为一个独立的危险因素与患者死亡率增加及其他不良预后密切相关。本研究拟探讨脓毒症 / 脓毒症休克患者液体平衡与患者预后的关系，为更好的进行脓毒症 / 脓毒症休克患者液体管理提供依据。

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 14 to 90 (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1、年龄大于等于 14 周岁；
- •2、ICU 住院时间大于等于 48 小时；
- •3、符合脓毒症诊断标准：
- •a）基于临床证据和 / 或病原学阳性结果的怀疑或证实的感染；
- •b）且 SOFA 评分大于等于 2 分。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1、患者病例记录信息不全（回顾性研究部分）；
- •2、患者或家属拒绝参加本研究（前瞻性研究部分）；
- •3、ICU 住院时间小于 48 小时；
- •4、研究期间患者存在未控制的出血，包括但不限于：消化道出血、创伤性失血、手术后出血等。
