1.Diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's Disease (PD) by a neurologist
2.Community-dwelling
3.Aged 18-75 years
4.Hoehn and Yahr stages I-III
5.Have their GP or neurologist sign a screening form confirming they are suitable and safe for participation in dance intervention
1.Have a musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological or other medical condition that makes them unsuitable to participate in low intensity exercise such as dance.
2.Cannot communicate in English
3.Cannot provide informed consent: Score less than 24 on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)
