Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 40 years old or older
- •2\.at least one of the following risk factors for symptomatic knee Osteoarthritis
- •2\.1 BMI 25 kg/m2 or more
- •2\.2 history of a knee joint injury or surgery
- •2\.3 knee symptoms (pain, aching, or stiffness)
- •2\.4 radiographic knee OA grade 0\-1 of Kellgren and Lawrence classification system
- •3\.No contraindication to exercise(AACVPR guideline)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.regular physical exercise
- •2\.bilateral knee replacements; lower limb surgery in the last six months
- •3\.back, hip or knee problems that affect walking
- •4\.inflammatory joint or muscle disease5\.neurologic diagnoses
- •7\.peripheral vascular
- •8\.history of myocardial
- •infarction or stroke
- •9\.chest pain during exercise or at rest; or need for supplemental oxygen.
