Inclusion Criteria
1.All pediatric patients ( < 15 yrs) admitted to ICU for at least 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with age > 15years
2.Patients discharged within 24 hours
3.Patients with prior psychiatric illness
4.Patients with developmental delay
5.Patients whose parents/ guardians refuse to give consent
