Patients who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia
American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification I or II
Patients who agree to participate in the study
American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification = III
History of cervical spine surgery or herniated intervertebral disc
Possibility of difficult mask ventilation
Need of awake intubation
Risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration
Craniofacial anomaly
History of severe burn in cervical area
Patients who reject to participate or cannot agree to the informed consent
