Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2 Patients undergoing Total abdominal hysterectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to pregabalin patient on antiplatlet and anticoagulants consumption of Nsaids in last 48hours Coagulation abnormalities.
