1.Good oral hygiene.
2.Patient in the age group of 18-55 years
3.Group A- Hopeless tooth in the anterior aesthetic zone
4.Group B - Missing tooth (4-8 weeks) soft tissue healing completed
1 According to ASA Classification Class 4 and
Class 3 patients.
2 Immunocompromised patients.
3 Occlusal anomalies
4 Deep Bite
5 Cross Bite
6Para-functional habits
7Bruxism
8Radiation therapy in orofacial region
9Heavy smokers (more than 10 cigarettes per day)
10.Alcohol abusers
11.Recent history of any acute illness
12.Patients having unrealistic expectations and psychological problems.Teeth associated with large periapical lesions (granuloma & cyst)®
13.Periodontally compromised teeth with one or more bony wall defects
14.Presence of dehiscence or fenestrations of residual bony walls
15.Insufficient inter-arch space
16.Intraoral draining sinus in relation to the proposed implant site
17.Perforation and/or loss of labial bony plate during extraction
18.Unfavourable implant axis orientation
19.Patients with TMJ disorders
