Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •age from 18 to 60 yrs
- •asa 1\-2 class
- •undergoing elective nasal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •known allergy to alpha 2 adrenergic agonist or nsaids
- •use of MAO inhibitors or adrenergic blocking drugs
- •history of uncontrolled hypertension
- •cognitive impairment
- •chronic use of anti psychotic
- •kidney or liver disease
- •bmi greater or equal to 30 kg/metre square
