ï?¬History, physical examination and pain pattern consistent with shoulder pathology
X-ray shoulder joint findings corresponding with the patientâ??s clinical symptoms
Failure to respond to six weeks of conservative treatment.
Patients with known history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, adverse reactions to local anaesthetics, previous history of intraarticular steroid injections or shoulder surgery, history of use of antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs or NSAIDs use and patients with ongoing pregnancy or breastfeeding.
