Inclusion Criteria

Decompensated Cirrhosis with ascites having AKI (=Stage IB, Serum creatinine=1.5mg/dl)

Exclusion Criteria

1)Advanced Chronic Kidney Disease

2)Prior Kidney or Liver Transplant

3)Renal Replacement Therapy at the time of enrolment

4)Pregnancy

5)Diagnosed case of Hepatocellular carcinoma

6)Extrahepatic Malignancy

7)Severe Co-morbidities (CHF, COPD)
