1. Involvement of one or both eyes by BRVO with macular edema with log MAR visual acuity worse than 0.30 (Snellen equivalent 6/12) (if both eyes are involved right eye will be included as a case)
2. High plasma homocysteine levels
1. Patients with dyslipidaemia
2. Systemic hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus with Diabetic retinopathy
3. Ocular hypertension, glaucoma
4. H/O Smoking
5. Undergoing hormonal therapy
6. Previously diagnosed coagulation disorder other than hyperhomocysteinemia
7. Under any medication related to blood coagulation
