Inclusion Criteria
(1) Ability to read, write and understand English (2) Subjects who are interested to participate in the study
(3) Students studying from grades 6 to 10
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Subjects with any neurological or psychiatric impairment or any kind of chronic and severe illness
(2) If they report any serious injury or orthopedic impairment that will hinder them to practise yoga
(3) Those already engaged in any kind of yoga practice, exercise or sports like karate and gymnastics
