- •COPD: post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 70% and FEV1 <80% predicted
- •> 10 pack-years smoking hisotry
- •Control: Pre-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC > 70% and FEV1 > 80% predicted
- •and > 10 pack-years smoking history
排除标准
- •1. patients physician-dianosed asthma
- •2. patients with bronchiectgasis, tuberculosis destroyed lung on chest X
- •3. segmental atelectasis or obstructive pneumonitis on chest CT
- •4. combined interstital lung disease on chest CT
