2) elective robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy
3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II
1) refusal to participate in the study
2) decision-making vulnerable being
3) history of drug side effects - allergy, arrhythmia, severe hypotension (mean blood pressure <60 mmHg), severe bradycardia (<40beats/min)
4) Hemorrhage that urgently required packed red blood cells - hemoglobin <7 g/dL
5) History of vascular disease
6) History of pulmonary disease
7) History of cardiac disease
