Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age \> 55
- •2\) Either physically fit or not: High exercise (3 x 1 hour of physical demanding activities per week) or low exercise with a negative history of regular physical demanding activites
- •3\) If diabetes mellitus type II present: HBA1C\<8%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Major psychiatric diseases including current episode of depressive or mood disorder, sleep disorder, psychosis, substance misuse or dependency
- •2\) Major neurological or other somatic diseases
- •3\) Diabetes mellitus type I and type II with HBA1C\>8%
- •4\) Regular medication other than diabetes type II related medication
- •5\) Febrile illness within 3 days of study participartion
- •6\) Contraindications against MRI assessments (e.g. metal implementation)
