Inclusion Criteria
Confirm COVID- 19 positive patients.
Acute Hypoxemic respiratory failure (P/F ratio <300) or O2 saturation <90% with respiratory rate >25 breaths per minute with respiratory distress
Exclusion Criteria
Intubation prior to HFNOT
Shock (MAP <65 mm of Hg, SBP <90 mm of Hg)
Requirement of vasopressor infusion
