People who use the computer more than two hours a day.
People who does not exercise more than twice a week.
Have not been diagnosed or treated for neck or shoulder within 6 months
People who is visually unrestricted in computer work, including corrective vision.
People with Acute and chronic pain in the wrist or spine.
People with musculoskeletal or neurological problems in the cervical spine or upper limb.
People who is restricted from sitting in a chair due to backache and other illnesses.
