Inclusion Criteria
1) â??Class-II Furcation Diseasesâ?? in the lower molars having buccal/lingual involvement, according to Hamp et al. Classification.
2) A 3mm horizontal furcation probing depth (HDD).
3) Vertical furcation probing depth of less than 3mm (VDD).
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients not adhering for continuance of periodontal maintenance programme.
2) Patients having a habit of smoking or consuming tobacco.
3) Patients having mobility in a chosen tooth.

Name Time Method i-PRF along with DFDBA can lead to better radiographic bone fill and gain in CAL and PPD after 9 month of surgery.Timepoint: At one, six, and nine months after surgery, the subjects will be re-evaluated.
