1.Patients with Angleâ??s Class I/ Class II div 1 malocclusion with anterior crowding (greater than 5mm) or bimaxillary protrusion requiring extraction of premolars.
2.Patients who are willing to undergo accelerated orthodontic procedures (after providing information sheet and obtaining informed consent)
1.Patients with systemic illness, debilitating diseases
2.Patients with very poor oral hygiene with active periodontal diseases ,smoking habit
3.Patients with previous history of orthodontic treatment
4.Patients with gross skeletal and dentofacial deformities which require orthognathic surgery

Name Time Method RATE OF EN MASSE EXTRACTION SPACE CLOSURE. <br/ ><br>Rate of space closure will be checked at four weeks once until 3 months [FROM PATIENT STUDY MODELS]. Rate of space closure will be calculated by taking the average values of the extraction space from T0 to T3 <br/ ><br>Timepoint: outcome will be assessed at basline (To) , 4 weeks(T1), 8 weeks(T2) and 12 weeks(T3). <br/ ><br>
